Route Information

If you used Route shipping insurance: Whether your order is missing in transit or has been marked as delivered (and you didn't receive it) reach out to Route directly concerning your order. To file a claim with route click here. Have your information handy and they will be able to assist you.

If you did NOT purchase Route shipping insurance: We have the same shipping information as you do—if your package has gone missing in transit or has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the missing mail.

1. Waiting up to a week to see if it gets delivered. Sometimes postal workers forget to deliver your package along their route or mark it "delivered" by mistake.

2. Ask your neighbors! Often times package are misdelivered! Especially if you live in an apartment complex!

3. Contact your local post office and see if they are holding your package. It may have been marked undeliverable and they’ll be able to help you figure out what went wrong.

We are not responsible for lost or missing mail. If you choose not to purchase Route shipping insurance, you are doing so at your own risk. We will not re-ship or refund orders that go missing.

How long will shipping take? Why hasn’t my order moved?

Presently, domestic and international packages are seeing delays in processing, scanning, and delivery. We generally fulfill orders within 14 business days, but ask that you allow 30-60 days for final delivery.

Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?

IMMEDIATELY after purchase, please email merch@gamegrumps.com to see what options may be available to you. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email merch@gamegrumps.com to see what options may be available to you. If the order has already been sent to the post office, we cannot intervene.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Please email merch@gamegrumps.com with related details (name, address, email, order # if available) so we can locate your order.
