What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

The site is telling me there is a payment error?

If you’re experiencing error messages at check out, please ensure your payment information is correct. Often, there may be one small typo causing the system to invalidate it. Contact your bank to ensure there are no holds put on your method of payment. If issues persist, please email merch@gamegrumps.com with the following details:

  • Your order number + email address used to place the order
  • A description of the problem you’re encountering and what time it occurred
  • What operating system you’re using (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, etc)
  • What browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc)
  • What payment method you’re using (credit card, ShopPay, PayPal, etc)

Why was my payment method declined?

Please ensure your payment information was input correctly and is still active, valid, and funded. If using PayPal, please contact them directly to correct the issue. On rare occasions, your card may be locked due to suspected fraud; if this occurs, please contact your bank. If none of these sound like your situation, please email merch@gamegrumps.com.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

We are required to collect the appropriate sales tax for all orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the store?

Yes! We use encryption for every order and do not use your personal information without your explicit consent.

Can I use a promo code?

Sure! If there is one available, please enter it at check out.
